Teacher Feature showcases the work of mentors in the NNECN Program
who are using different strategies, stepping into new leadership roles,
building learning communities, helping develop content components
for their district induction programs, and more. These stories capture
the various ways the NNECN program supports new teachers through its
focus on teacher leadership and building a culture that recognizes
the importance of supporting new teacher learning in science and mathematics.
